Can I return coffee products?

We’d like to remind you that our coffee is perishable and our whole beans are roasted fresh, and unfortunately we are unable to accept returns. If you have any further concerns, do not hesitate to reach us out at cafebellaurora@gmail.com. We can do exceptions case by case within 7 days after your purchase. 

Acceptable cases: 

  • Defective or damaged packages (Please make sure to send photos as proof). 

  • You received the wrong product

What if I don't like the taste of the coffee?

Everyone’s taste is unique! While we hope you love our coffee, we aren’t able to offer refunds or exchanges based on flavor preferences.

What if my package was delayed or damaged during shipping?

We wish we could hand-deliver every bag, but shipping issues can sometimes happen. If your package is delayed or arrives damaged, let us know — we’re happy to help with carrier claims when we can.

What if I entered the wrong address?

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Unfortunately, we can't replace or refund orders sent to the wrong address.

Can I return opened or used coffee bags?

For health and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on opened or used coffee bags — thanks for understanding!
