We’d like to remind you that our coffee is perishable and our whole beans are roasted fresh, and unfortunately we are unable to accept returns. If you have any further concerns, do not hesitate to reach us out at cafebellaurora@gmail.com. We can do exceptions case by case within 30 days after your purchase.
