ABOUT THIS COFFEE
This single origin coffee from Finca Bella Aurora is carefully grown by Luis Joaquin Lovo. This is a very special coffee as it comes from our father’s farm in Nicaragua. He’s a third generation coffee producer, and he inherited the passion and commitment to coffee farming from his father, Joaquin A. Lovo. Every year, Luis Joaquin pushes on the quality of his coffee allowing him to be at the top of prize-winning competitions in the Cup of Excellence.

This coffee was grown in Dipilto, Nicaragua, which is part of a northern region in Nicaragua. It is characterized for producing specialty coffee with great quality. Finca Bella Aurora grows its coffee at an average elevation of 1300 meters/4265 ft above sea level. The coffee variety for this first batch is caturra and has gone through a washed process.
